Thank you for participating in the 2011 Cybersecurity Conference and Exposition. This document was designed to provide information that will help you prepare for the event. IMPORTANT: All booths must be set-up no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, December 7.
Important Deadlines
November 28 - Deadline to submit booth space selection form
November 18 - Deadline to submit insertion orders/artwork for show directory
November 18 - Last day to submit company description for inclusion in printed show directory
November 24 - Pre-Show lead retrieval discount deadline
November 24 - HiTech Electrical incentive discounts expire
November 28 - Booth staff registration deadline (see below for instruction)
November 17 - SmartCity (Cable, Internet and TV) incentive discounts expire
November 24 - Projection AV incentive discounts expire
What's Included In Your Booth Space
Your space includes one, draped and skirted, six-foot table and two chairs. The exhibit hall is carpeted and trash cans will be readily available. Your exhibit space is large enough to set-up a standard size (no wider than 8 feet) pop-up booth behind your table or to place a table top exhibit on your table. Storage of boxes/crates is available under your table or behind your pop-up. No side drape or back drape is provided for this event.
Shipping Information
If you plan on sending materials to the Convention Center for your booth, you may ship to the Capital Business Center located inside the Convention Center. To ensure proper delivery of your materials, please label all your boxes as follows:

Once you’ve labeled your materials correctly please fill out the Shipping & Receiving form (downloadable above, in the exibitor forms packet) and fax it to 202.289.0299.
IMPORTANT: Shipped materials will not be delivered to your booth space. All shipped materials must be retrieved from the Capital Business Center (adjacent to the exhibit space.)
Electrical, Internet, AV, Lead Retrieval
Audio-visual, electrical, internet and freight services are available through the Walter E. Convention Center. Please review the services order forms for additional information. Questions? Registration
Registration Deadline: November 28
Each exhibitor receives: Unlimited booth personnel badges (access to exhibit hall only) and two (2) full conference badges (access to education sessions, meals and the exhibit hall).
Exhibitor Registration
If you would like to utilize the complimentary, Exhibitor Full Conference registration passes, please select the “Exhibitor Full Conference” registration option and enter the discount code provided to you to reduce the price to zero. Additional Full Conference Passes, over and above the two complimentary are available for $395 per person.

Hotel Reservations
For your convenience a discounted hotel rate of $179 per night (plus tax) is available at the Henley Park Hotel located approximately one block from the Watler E. Washington Convention Center.

Event Space and Traveling to The Convention Center
The Cybersecurity Conference and Exposition is located in the main building of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located at 801 Mt. Vernon Place, NW Washington, DC 20001. The main entrance to the building is located off of Mt. Vernon Place NW.
